APAC adoption booming while Bitget takes $352M hit - temporary dip or structural shift?

Ngl guys, the tape is looking pretty wild today with these conflicting headlines dropping back-to-back. On one hand, we’ve got APAC basically driving half of the entire Global Crypto Adoption Index, which is a massive macro tailwind for regional order flow and sustained bid pressure long-term. But then Bitget gets hit with a massive $352M exploit, and that kind of headline risk usually hits short-term market depth hard.

When a major exchange takes a hit of that magnitude, I always get paranoid about market makers pulling liquidity and order books thinning out across the board. I'm keeping a close eye on key support levels across major pairs right now, wondering if we’re about to see a sharp sweep of the recent lows to flush out weak hands. Are you mate’s seeing any aggressive market selling or weird bid/ask spreads on the CEX order books right now?

I’m torn between looking for a quick scalp long if the Asian session comes in to absorb the dip, or holding off in case contagion fears push us through major support. How are you guys adjusting your risk and positioning your stops around this news?

Honestly man, I think everyone jumping on that APAC adoption stat is coping hard. You've got $352M vanishing off the books right as liquidity is already looking like absolute trash, and people act like it's just noise. Powell isn't bailing out crypto if things break, and sticky inflation is about to squeeze every over-leveraged long out of existence. I'm sitting entirely in cash and shorting any little relief bounce we get. Don't trust the CEX order books right now, the spreads are widening for a reason.
