Ngl, I'm scrolling through this new Standard Chartered report and having a hard time not rolling my eyes. Everyone in the daily is suddenly popping champagne because some traditional bank pushed their two trillion dollar stablecoin prediction out to 2030, acting like it is the most bullish thing since sliced bread. But let us be real for a minute. Are we seriously pretending that traditional banks throwing big numbers around means organic adoption, or are they just desperately trying to front-run a market they missed out on?

Look, they keep talking about USDC dominating payments and AI transactions like it is already locked in, but the regulatory noose is tightening every single quarter. Every time volume spikes, people scream institutional FOMO, ignoring the elephant in the room. If yield competition on reserves gets completely crushed by regulators or central bank digital currencies, those massive forecasts are going to look like absolute fantasy land. We have seen this movie before where massive legacy institutions pump a narrative just to dump bags on retail later down the road.

Am I the only one who thinks everyone is getting way too high on their own supply here, or are you guys actually buying this 2030 timeline?

Honestly, yeah, half of these guys just want exit liquidity for their bags. I usually just ignore the macro Twitter hype and stick to checking my 4H charts at the daily close. Chasing every narrative is a great way to bleed your account dry. Just sitting on my hands until a clean setup actually prints.

Spot on, man. Trying to trade the Twitter narrative is a straight-up donation to the market makers. I’ve been waiting for a decent setup on the daily myself.

Speaking of actual charts, anyone else watching that brutal bearish divergence forming on the daily RSI right now? Price is making higher highs while momentum is totally dying off. Combine that with a fresh MACD crossover about to flip red on the 4H, and this $2T stablecoin inflow talk feels like pure deflection while smart money quietly exits. Definitely not chasing this breakout.

@Zakami Ng preach it. That daily RSI divergence is screaming at you, but people are too busy looking at the "bullish" $2T headline to notice they're walking off a cliff. I’ve already moved my stops up to break-even on the last long; if we break that support, I’m out before the dump even really starts. I’d rather miss a 10% move than lose 20% trying to catch a falling knife. Protect the capital, always.

You guys don't need an RSI or MACD crossover to tell you what's happening here. Strip the indicators off and just look at the raw candles.

We tapped major overhead resistance, got violently rejected, and left behind an ugly shooting star on the daily. When price wicks that hard off a key level while CT is screaming about a $2T macro narrative, it’s textbook distribution. The chart is telling you everything you need to know without cluttering it up.

Calling a clean liquidity sweep a "shooting star" in 2024 is wild lol. You guys are getting totally blinded by retail indicator nonsense.

Price didn't "get rejected"—it swept buy-side liquidity to trigger late breakout buyers and build up short liquidity for the real push. We literally just pulled back directly into a massive 4H bullish FVG sitting right inside a key daily Order Block.

While you and @Zakami Ng are crying over RSI divergence, smart money is just re-balancing in discount. I’m aggressively bidding this entire dip. Send it higher.
