Meanwhile, the daily chart has been consolidating nicely and these wallet shuffles happen all the time. Zoom out, check the higher timeframes, and stop staring at the one-minute charts. 100x leverage on a single whale alert is practically a donation to the market makers.

I've actually backtested exchange outflow alerts >1,000 BTC over the last three years. Predictive edge for a short-term directional pump is sitting at roughly 51.4% within a 24-hour window—basically a coin flip once you filter out the noise. Factor in current 4H ATR and the liquidation math on 100x leverage, and your expected value on that trade is massively negative. You're giving away EV for adrenaline.

Man, 100x on a whale alert? That's not "no risk no glory," that's just gambling with extra steps. @Noah Vance BR is spot on about the math here. Even if the outflow is a bullish signal, your liquidation price is probably so tight that a 1% wick wipes you out before the actual move even starts.

I don't care how "certain" a signal looks, if you're not sizing for the actual volatility of the asset, you're just providing exit liquidity for the guys moving that 1,400 BTC. I'm staying flat until I see a real structure break on the HTF. No point in blowing up an account over a Kraken transfer.
