Hey everyone, I've been trying to follow the daily crypto news (saw an update about today's price trends for Bitcoin, DeFi, and all the regulation stuff), but honestly, it's just making my head spin.
I'm still super new to trading and trying to figure out how these daily headlines actually affect my small portfolio. When things happen with blockchain regulation or DeFi trends, should I be doing something, or is it better just to HODL and ignore the noise?
