EUR/USD Is this French budget drama enough to break the current floor?

Ngl, watching the EUR/USD price action today is pretty frustrating. We’ve got the dollar showing some weakness with yields finally taking a breather, but the euro just refuses to catch a bid because of this French budget mess. It feels like every time we try to find a base, the political headlines come in and cap the upside immediately. I’ve been looking at the charts and it feels like we are clinging to support by a thread, and I’m worried that if we don't hold this zone, we might see a quick flush down to test the yearly lows.

I’m curious if anyone else is tracking the order flow here. Are the institutions actually buying the dip, or is the lack of volume just showing that nobody wants to touch the euro until the French fiscal situation clears up? I’m hesitant to scalp long given the macro headwinds, but I don’t want to get trapped chasing a short if the USD weakness starts to bleed back into the pair. Does anyone see any decent liquidity clusters underneath the current levels where we might actually see a bounce, or are we destined to grind lower until the budget talk cools down?
