Hey everyone, I’m pretty new to all this but I’ve been watching the charts and noticed EURGBP just hit a new multi-month low today. I was reading that French bond yields are acting up and UK inflation came in hotter than everyone thought, which seems to be tanking the pair.
Ngl, I’m a bit confused on how much this stuff actually matters for my trades. Is this a sign that I should just stay away from the Euro for a while, or is this the kind of dip where you guys look for a potential entry? I’m still trying to wrap my head around how yield spreads move the needle, so any advice on whether I should hold off or if this is just standard volatility would be awesome. Do you guys think the bears are in total control here or is a reversal likely coming soon?
