Hey everyone, ngl I'm feeling a bit lost today looking at the charts. Saw that Comex gold settled down 1.4퍼 and silver took an even bigger hit dropping 2.5퍼. I've only been dabbling in precious metals for a couple of weeks, so seeing them slide like this two or three sessions in a row has me second-guessing my tiny stack.

Are we looking at a normal market pullback here or is some macro data messing with the metals right now? I'm holding a tiny amount of physical and some small long positions, and honestly, the fomo of buying the dip is fighting hard against the panic of just selling and waiting on the sidelines. For the experienced traders out there, how do you usually handle these red days without stress? Should I just hold through the noise or is this a sign to cut losses and wait for a better entry?

Honestly, look at the 10-year yield. As long as Powell keeps jawboning about "higher for longer," the dollar is going to keep sucking the oxygen out of the room. I wouldn't be surprised if we see another leg down before the dust settles. Everyone keeps wanting a pivot, but the data is just too sticky right now. Watch your leverage, seriously.
