Wait, are tokenized stocks actually a big deal for us small fish?

Hey everyone, I'm still pretty new to all this market madness and honestly, half the time I feel like I'm just trying not to get rekt. Saw this piece drop about the SEC finally opening up a proper pathway for tokenized stocks over the next few years. They are talking about big names like Coinbase, Robinhood, Uniswap, and Kraken trying to figure out who's gonna win and who's gonna hold the bag.

Ngl, my brain is kind of fried trying to figure out how this impacts my tiny portfolio. Are we talking about trading Apple or Tesla 24/7 on-chain now, or is this just more institutional boring stuff? For the vets in here who've been around the block, how do you guys plan on playing this? Is it time to start looking at DeFi platforms, or should I just stick to spot crypto and chill?

Would love to hear what the experienced traders think before I FOMO into something I don't get.

Bro, tokenized stocks 24/7 on-chain is literally printing money if you play it right. Imagine aping Tesla calls at 3 AM while hammered. SEC finally waking up means mass exit liquidity is coming. Just don't get rekt on leverage, stick to spot and watch the CEX/DEX wars play out. LFG.

Honestly, wrapping a stock in a smart contract doesn't change the underlying macro backdrop, which is a complete dumpster fire right now. Inflation is still sticky, the Fed is going to keep rates higher for longer than anyone wants to admit, and liquidity is drying up fast. 24/7 trading just means retail gets to watch their portfolios bleed out in real-time on a Sunday night. Total gimmick to extract more fees from small fish before the broader market rollover.
